A beautiful, traditional family home that has been transformed by DSM over the past six years. In collaboration with the owner, we have looked at all aspects of this home. With careful planning we have completed all the various stages working in two month blocks.  Now after six years the owners have a stunning family home. From the kitchen and dining through to the two amazing bathrooms, this truly is my favourite home. DSM has managed all the works throughout the years and with the support and input from the owner, we have created an amazing, functional property in a beautiful street. From kitchen and bathrooms to decks and pergolas, no expense has been spared on this property. A true example of the right teamwork from owners through to the sub-trades.  A great home with a lot of heart.

A large architecturally designed house built in the 1980’s that wanted a bit of love. The owners worked with us from design stage to completion to incorporate the existing design in with some ‘tweaks’ to accommodate their needs. A classic plaster house that has been totally transformed into a modern, useable and truly stunning house that is perfect for the owners and extended family. The house consists of a huge kitchen, lounge and dining that flows out to expansive decks and a louvretec roof system.  Outside has now become a fabulous entertaining area, with views over the Bucklands Beach esplanade. The outdoor fireplace provides enough warmth to keep the party going late into the night. The house was fully stripped of guy plaster, extended in three areas and reclad in a cavity/weatherboard system. The interior consists of 3 beautiful bathrooms, 4 bedrooms, 3 lounges, a triple garage and a fully self-contained level for the extended family. Now, obviously the ‘Jewel of the Street’, this was an amazing transformation and a different generation design. Now modern, sleek and beautiful, the owners can relax and enjoy the amazing views and surroundings right on the doorstep of Bucklands Beach.

70’s brought into a new millennium. This was a major renovation. The classic 1970’s clinker brick house had not been touched since ‘day dot’. DSM, the owners and the team at ‘Jason Bailey Architecture’ worked together from design through to completion to transform this well built home into a modern, open and expansive house ready for the next 40 years. The 350 square metre house consists of all new commercial grade double glazed joinery, internal heating supplied by a gas boiler, stunning kitchen and galley, 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The house was completely stripped back to its bones and rebuilt to suit modern day living. The clinker brick was overlaid with a full mesh ‘Sto Plaster System’ and the chimney clad with schist to finish the look. Engineered timber floors throughout the lounge, dining and kitchen. Bathrooms, tiled floor to ceiling and all modern services installed for the new generation. A stunning house before, and truly amazing now. A great result that shows off all of DSM’s attention to detail.
